Shipping Information

Every EmDee.Works piece is made to order — your print, canvas, puzzle, or T-shirt is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

Production & delivery times

• Prints & canvases: typically ship in 5–10 business days after ordering.
• 1000-piece puzzles: typically ship in 5–10 business days after ordering.
• T-shirts: production + shipping typically 5–10 business days.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Where we ship

We currently ship to US addresses only.

Carriers & tracking

Orders are drop-shipped directly by our print partner, VistaPrint — the carrier is selected by them at the time of shipment. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at EmDeeWorks@proton.me with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund — see our Returns & Refunds page for details.
